This is a guide-only tour, giving you the freedom to decide where to eat and how to travel throughout the experience while exploring Tokyo at your own rhythm.
Before the tour, we’ll communicate by email to understand your preferences and customize the day to match what you want to see and experience.

Start Time:Flexible upon request
Meeting Point: Your hotel lobby within Tokyo’s 23 wards. Your guide meets you on foot; no vehicle pickup or private car transfer is included. We explore on foot and by public transport.
Hotel details and your preferred start time can be arranged after booking. If your hotel is not yet confirmed or is outside the meeting area, we will agree on a convenient meeting point with you.
Your tour time starts when you meet your guide. The tour ends near the final stop; if you would like your guide to accompany you back to your hotel, please discuss this with us.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancel by 11:59 PM (Japan time) two days before your tour date for a full refund. Cancellations from 12:00 AM on the day before the tour, including same-day cancellations and no-shows, are non-refundable.

Frequently asked questions

Is the price per person or per group?
The 6-hour private guide fee is ¥40,000 per group, not per person.

What does the guide fee include?
A private local guide, customized itinerary planning and pre-tour communication. Meals, drinks, transport fares and attraction tickets are separate.

Can we meet at our hotel?
Yes, at your hotel lobby within Tokyo’s 23 wards. Your guide meets you on foot. No vehicle pickup or private car transfer is included. If your hotel is outside this area or not yet confirmed, we will agree on a convenient meeting point.

Who will guide us?
Ryu or one of our local guides. If you would like a specific guide, please ask us to confirm availability before booking.

How are the itinerary and meeting details confirmed?
After booking, we discuss your interests, preferred start time and hotel or meeting point by email or Instagram. Please check your booking confirmation and the meeting details agreed with us.

What is the cancellation policy for direct bookings?
